The IJRDO Journal of Language, Gender and Literature Studies provides practical guidance for authors to prepare and submit manuscripts that meet the journal’s academic and publication standards.

These guidelines are designed to make the submission process smooth, transparent, and fair while supporting a successful peer-review and publication experience.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Must be original and unpublished work.
  • Written in clear academic English.
  • Approved by all listed authors.
  • Free from major grammatical or formatting errors.

File Format

  • Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
  • Tables and figures must be clear and labeled properly.
  • Use clean, readable fonts and formatting.

Ethical Standards

  • All sources must be cited correctly.
  • No plagiarism or duplicate publication.
  • Declare conflicts of interest or funding.
  • Follow ethical regulations for human subjects research.

Manuscript Structure

1. Title Page
Study title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author contact details.

2. Abstract
Purpose, methods, key findings, and implications.

3. Keywords
4–6 relevant keywords.

4. Main Text
Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.

5. References
Use a consistent citation style.

Submission Process

  1. Login to the journal submission system.
  2. Select New Submission.
  3. Upload manuscript and supporting files.
  4. Add a short cover letter explaining the importance of the work.
  5. Track submission status from your dashboard.
